They have been developed by Dave Hart and just been signed by Meinberg.

They are working on a Windows-7/64 PC and a couple of Windows-8.1/64 PCs
here.
They didn't work on an add-on two-port COM board, but that board
required its own drivers to function anyway so the lack of operation is
understandable, if slightly disappointing.
