Hi Marten, our friends from 3GPP can probably convert that into a PDF trivially. In any case, for future liaisons, is this a new official policy approved by the IESG to handle incoming liaisons? If so, it would be useful to inform all our liaison managers to make our expectations on other organizations clear and avoid this type of back-and-forth exchanges.
