      Keep in mind that the above is advertising text.  While it is 
presumably "technically" true, there is probably no legal definition 
of "calcium-rich".  If you read the small print, what you can see is 
that 16 medium-sized figs--a very large serving--has as much calcium 
as a glass of milk, and that you'd need to eat over 60 a day to get a 
day's worth of calcium (as recommended by the USDA) for an adult 
woman.  They're actually a much better source of potassium than calcium.

      Enjoy your figs...but don't count on them for calcium.  :)
