Yes, in Quills the portlets aren't registered in the context, but by 
portal type, so if you want to move them, you have to block content-type 
portlets and assign them by hand.

I don't know, perhaps the context portlets are more "usable".

But there is some adapter or something there I didn't delete because I 
didn't know its purpose. It seems something to add the 
by-interface-registered portlets to the context, but I don't know exactly...
