Trying to run the demo application with http://www.example.com/ as the URL.

When you go to http://www.example.com/ you get:

This forces you go to http://www.example.com// (adding an additional /
to the end of your URL)
Is there a way to configure Apache so that PATH_INFO would equal / for
the the URL http://www.example.com/ or is a fix needed to
quixote/publish.py ?
