I'll just plug my longstanding request that Quixote redirect path '' (the
mount point itself) to '/'. That's no more magical than adding a slash
redirect to a directory, which Quixote and all other webservers do. It's
the only reasonable interpretation of '' ("Duh, they must be trying to get
to the home page.") Otherwise everybody has to put a redirect in their
Apache config.
FWIW, my configuration is like this (SCGI 1.4). I only mount on
subdirectories and I don't use virtual hosts:
RewriteRule ^/rl$ /rl/ [R=permanent]
<Location /rl>
Order Allow,deny
Allow from all
SCGIServer localhost:3002
SCGIHandler On
