The SCGI library is incompatible with Windows. This affects Quixote's scgi_server.py and QP's equivalent. It does not affect twisted_server.py, Durus, or any other component. The problem is that SCGI has a 'passfd' C module that transmits a file descriptor through a socket to a child process. Windows does not support this. Some people are looking at patching SCGI to use Windows threads on Windows, which will supposedly solve the compatibility problem. -- Mike Orr <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ([EMAIL PROTECTED] address is semi-reliable) _______________________________________________ Quixote-users mailing list [email protected] http://mail.mems-exchange.org/mailman/listinfo/quixote-users
