Nicolai, I had the same problem with corrupted symbols and two days ago I did a successful re-install on both my computers. It so happens that I also use Wealth Lab Developer. After the re-install, WLD was able to read the QP data with no problem ......... I did NOT have to register the dll on either machine as suggested by Gary.
So, it would seem to be a problem unique to your computer. FWIW, both my desktop and laptop run under Vista. My WL version is WLD 4.0 Build 4.
