Thanks Doug,

Gary helped me solve the problem. It seems the previous QP install had left
its QPSRV.dll in the Windows directory and the new installation did not
overwrite it. So, it was a result of having QP installed before and the
installer on my PC for some reason did not overwrite the remains of the
previous version.

On a side note, I wonder how Windows Vista thinks about having QP's DLLs in
the System32 directory, I would be inclined to assume it might not like them
there..
