Hi, welcome to the blind community.
They want everything for nothing and when the everything they get for nothing isn't good enough they whine.
Sometimes I'm ashamed to have to admit to being blind.
Cheers!

Joy Tilton happened to mention in passing:

A suggestion? Perhaps the qws tutorial should be geared towards those
who are midi babies, and broken down to simple terms, rather than some
midi-jock showing off for the most part, then talking fast through the
rest. Just a thought.

Personally I take great offence to your message and would require an appology on or off list, which I do believe is my right.
Midi jock? Showing off?
The tutorial did state very clearly that the knowledge of recording in qws and basic knowledge would be a good start. Also, as was pointed out, it is three years old, I wasn't payd to do it, I did it on my own time, and put in what I thought, would be relevant information at the time. I am sorry if this midi jock showed off in his tutorial to you, talked too fast for you to comprehend and because of this, you couldn't say anything constructive or be pollite enough to post to this list with anything halfway decent to say.

I'd be much more inclined to hand out freebies when people say things like, well it was a bit too advanced for me, but the information though out of date, was at least a bit useful.

If lady you can do better, lets hear it.
All hale!
