Well, I never thought that adding Andre's audio tutorial on QWS to the
website would cause so much discussion. I thought putting the link on the
website was a good thing, so that anyone who wants to listen, can.
I'm sorry if some people didn't find it helpful, but I don't think anyone
said it was a beginner's guide to MIDI or sequencing.
Though putting together another tutorial is a nice idea and may well happen,
may I suggest that there are also other resources you might like to look at
which are already available: for example the Articles pages on the QWS
website go through topics such as what you need to connect a keyboard to a
computer, the basic MIDI terms and how you can use VST plugins with QWS.
A search for "MIDI help" on Google also brings up loads.
But please, constructive comment, opinion and suggestion on this list is
always welcome, rudeness is not. And folks, please remember this mailing
list is archived so what you say is recorded.
To echo Andre, if anyone needs help, we're always here to answer questions.
Like Andre, I don't mind answering questions, even if they are very basic.
