Thanks for the suggestion. I first unplugged the external drive, and continued to get the error, but after I also unplugged the keyboard as you suggested, the error message has gone away. I don't know what the situation will be like after I reboot, but for now I can launch QWS multiple times with no error. I still cannot record anything though. However, I am using Windows XP and a Yamaha USB Driver. I'm not sure what that means, but I can provide a suggestion to try and fix it. Try unplugging your USB driver from your computer and your keyboard and then plug it back in. Please let me know if this solves your problem. Hope that helps.
