well what synth are you using?  If you're using the microsoft gs shit table 
synth, there's no fixing the delay.  It's a laggie bad thing that should be 
outlawed.

  First,  I'm using a m audio oxygen 49 key midi keyboard and I don't like the 
sensitivity of the keys.  when I press a note there is a delay and its messing
