QWS List Switching banks in soundfonts

I have noticed that I can't switch programs in a soundfont, all the
programs are the same just the piano. But the thing is I can switch banks
for drums and stuff. So on a soundfont that has multiple programs how can I
change them. I'm using SGM-V2.01 with cool synth.
