If someone is just posting via their own email client, then there won't really 
be a change to the "interface".  The stuff that's appended to each message is, 
of course, different but that's expected.

Some folks might like going to the groups.io pages and read/post from there.  
I'm not a fan of that but some folks might like it and I suspect those that 
would are already subscribed to other groups.io lists.
