SkypeResponsibilities: ●      Define/Create and Maintain test plans and
strategies for existing and new engagements●      Lead and mentor QA
testers, business consultants and technical consultants.●      Work with
project managers and others to help drive a test strategy based Scrum/Agile
methodologies and implement best practices○      Help transform testing
from manual to automated methods●      Defect tracking, resolution and
documentation via a QA tracking system●      Hands on experience testing
mobile applications●      Design and creation of test scenarios (i.e., test
cases, conditions) for inclusion in test plans●      Development and
execution of software program functional, regression, SIT
tests●      Preparation of defect reports as needed for internal and
customer teams●      Interaction / communication/ follow through with
development & customer team throughout testing phase to facilitate
iterative cycle●      Experience leading and managing test teams·
        Position Requirements: ●      Minimum of 7+ years of experience in
a software quality assurance role●      Able to lead multiple QA projects
at a given time●      Understanding of test automation framework design
models and best practices a big plus●      Hands-on experience
with salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> platform and mobile
testing●      Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working
experience in agile environment is strongly desired.●      Ability to adapt
to short sprint cycles (2 weeks) and experienced in the full software
lifecycles from design to deployment ●      Great attention to detail and
ability to identify, isolate and document defects in complex software
features ●      Experience in large-scale software deployments
●      Excellent communication skills required ●      Ability to motivate
people, instill accountability and achieve results●      Experience with
offshore development and testing model a huge plus*
