I guess R is enough poweful to subset greater than 300x300. But if it is a
problem regarding dataset I am wondering why codes are working splitting the
1788 journal label set into 6 groups of around 300 labels... Summarizing: if
you put the whole set it doesn't work. If you divide into groups of around 300
labels, it does.

I keep thinking it's a liitle bit strange. I have checked labels from matrix
and there is not any inconsistency

I will try to get different groups and then I will join them with "merge"
function. I think maybe not the best solution, but at least, I hope it works.

Thanks everybody!

AJ
