In the era of ever-expanding, high-dimensional datasets, this workshop equips researchers with the theoretical foundations and hands-on skills to uncover hidden structure using state-of-the-art clustering techniques in R and Python—supercharged by ChatGPT’s Advanced Data Analysis tool. You’ll explore strategies for overcoming the curse of dimensionality, apply dimensionality-reduction methods such as PCA, t-SNE, and UMAP, and implement both classic (K-means, GMM, hierarchical) and advanced (SNN-based, HDBSCAN, Louvain, Leiden) clustering algorithms from scratch.
