Dear all,
registration are open for the Physalia online course Adaptation Genomics (8–12
December).

Course website: [
https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/courseadaptationgenomics/ ](
https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/courseadaptationgenomics/ )

This intensive 5-day training introduces participants to the genomic basis of
adaptation using both population genomicsand comparative genomics approaches.
Through a mix of lectures and hands-on sessions, participants will learn how to:

Process whole-genome and long-read sequencing data

Compute population genomics statistics and investigate population structure

Detect genomic regions under selection and link genotypes to phenotypes and
environments

Annotate genome features and study the role of structural variants and
transposable elements in adaptation
