Dear all,
There are only a few days left to register for our Manual Genome Curation using
PretextView online course, taking place 24–28 November.

This hands-on course will guide participants through the full process of manual
genome curation. You’ll learn to interpret Hi-C maps, assess assembly quality,
identify contamination, generate curated fasta files, and apply strategies for
handling complex genomes such as highly heterozygous, polyploid, or
microchromosome-rich assemblies.

By the end of the week, you will be able to confidently navigate PretextView,
correct assembly errors, and deliver high-quality chromosome-level assemblies.
