This five-day course provides a structured introduction to the complete GWAS 
workflow, covering study design, data preparation, statistical analysis, and 
interpretation of results. The course combines lectures with hands-on practical 
sessions, allowing participants to gain direct experience with commonly used 
GWAS tools and methods.
 
The training is designed for students, researchers, and professionals with a 
background in biology or genetics. Practical sessions will be conducted using R 
and Linux command-line tools.
 
Key topics include:

GWAS fundamentals and study design

Exploratory data analysis and data preprocessing

Genotype imputation

GWAS models and multiple testing

Building GWAS pipelines 

Introduction to post-GWAS analyses
