Dear all,

We’re excited to announce our upcoming online course “Gene Set Enrichment
Analysis in R”, taking place 11–15 May!

This practical course offers a comprehensive introduction to gene set
enrichment analysis methods widely used in transcriptomics, proteomics, and
multi-omics workflows. You’ll learn how to run, interpret, and report
enrichment analyses using real-world examples and tools, with the flexibility
to work on your own data.

What you will learn:

Core concepts and statistical principles of gene set enrichment

How to select and use gene set databases and annotation resources

Over-representation analysis (ORA) and ranking-based methods like GSEA

Advanced visualization and interpretation of results

Applications in single-cell and spatial omics data

Course format:
Five afternoons (14:00–19:00 Berlin time) of lectures, hands-on exercises, and
Q&A, fully online to support international participation.
