Hello R-SIG-GENETICS members

Last chance - This seminar offers essential skills for robust statistical
analysis and reproducible research practices. Introduction to R, Regression,
and the rms Package is a 2-day seminar livestreaming May 11 with Frank Harrell
(Department of Biostatistics, Vanderbilt University) and Drew Levy. This
seminar introduces R, RStudio, linear and multiple regression principles, and
the rms package for model specification, estimation, and diagnosis. Researchers
in genetics can apply these foundational skills to develop rigorous regression
analyses for complex genetic data and implement reproducible reporting
workflows in their empirical studies. The reproducible Quarto workflow
demonstrated, including a case study, provides a template for transparently
integrating data, analysis, and reporting in genetic research.
