Depending on the user base, you may want to consider the RExcel package
and make Excel your "GUI". We find this to be a very easy way to delver R
analytics to people in a familiar environment.

Otherwise consider the R(D)COM package and the .NET interface to write
your GUI in a .NET language.

Subject
[R-gui] recommend a GUI fornew bioconductor package

Hi,
I have written a new package for Bioconductor
and need a GUI for users with no experience using
R. Am I able to adapt an already existing GUI for
this purpose? What would you recommend?
