Depending on the user base, you may want to consider the RExcel package and make Excel your "GUI". We find this to be a very easy way to delver R analytics to people in a familiar environment.
Otherwise consider the R(D)COM package and the .NET interface to write your GUI in a .NET language. Am I able to adapt an already existing GUI for this purpose? What would you recommend?
