Dear Lana,
One approach would be to write a plug-in package for the Rcmdr GUI. An
article in last December's R News <http://www.r-project.org/doc/Rnews/Rnews_2007-3.pdf
> explains how to do this.
I hope this helps,
John

Hi,
I have written a new package for Bioconductor
and need a GUI for users with no experience using
R. Am I able to adapt an already existing GUI for
this purpose? What would you recommend?
