I'd suggest you try using R's png() driver. I am satisfied with how graphics imported into Word or PowerPoint look if save using png().
Note that Adobe Illustrator for Mac has a "Save for Microsoft Office" option, and it saves in png format. -Don At 1:42 PM -0500 1/29/07, Martin Henry H.
