Dear list members,

I attempt to analyze the demographic history of closely related specimens using (amongst others) a mismatch distribution. Apart from simply plotting the distribution, the program Arlequin 3.0 enables you to test your data against a sudden demographic expansion model and a spatial extension model. Since it is time consuming to run many analyses in Arelquin (you need to adjust your input and start every analysis manually), I wonder whether (a) there is a way to test against demographic models in R or (b) it is possible to pipe to Arlequin.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Roland
