Best race I've ever seen was the Easter Handicap won by Grey Way (from
memory in 1977). Anyone at Ellerslie that day was a fan of racing for the
next ten years.
Aaaaaah .... We agree on one thing that is certain .... What an amazing
horse Grey Way was his only weakness being the state of the track .... If it
was slightly damp he was a no goer ....... Muz
