gets under my guard.
The fact she was unlucky [media comments]in a couple of following
starts following her Int victory meant that I analysed her racing pattern and
didn't like what I saw, i.e. she got back in the running and was
taking her chances on receiving a clear passage. Therefore 'unlucky' was
incorrect in my book.
I prefer types that race on the pace, or at least ahead of midfield.
OK, I've lost out on TUI SONG, but there are plenty of rearward runners I've
saved money on.
A very nice mare, though, but just not my cup of tea. Although she
probably should be ... if you get my drift. It's often a thin line between
accepting a horse in my betting stable or not. In her case I chose the
latter.
