Hi Terry,
They dumped Dos support ages ago didn't they ? The fact we are still able to
run Dos programs on XP is because of the Dos emulator that comes with it. I
think it will be around for a while yet ! From all reports so far, the new
windows version (Longhorn), which is due in about 2 years will still have a
Dos emulator.
The latest versions of XP still run Dos. It is just that some laptop
manufacturers are not bothering with Dos graphics capabilities.
