[racebase] Ratings Change

In Race 9 at Wyndham, C Chambers replaced J Laking on Megagem and claimed 4 kgs. This took it up to top pick in VALUE method replacing the original top pick and winner Sand Sweeper. An excellent day for the RaceBase ratings allround despite that with 13 1st pick winners in each of the 2  methods. Peter. Yahoo!
