[racebase] Track condition changes

Hi folks,   In case you haven't heard ...   From August 1 NZ track conditions will be aligned with Australia: FAST, GOOD, DEAD, SLOW & HEAVY.   And I understand all tracks will be recalibrated, the penetrometer will at last be reviewed, and protocols put in place regarding its use.   Regards   Neil F Yahoo!
