Hi Peter,
There has been no media release that I know of regarding
this. Therefore, I doubt this has been decided yet.
My guess would be that penetrometer readings will be
adjusted to suit the new conditions, which effectively means
the old conditions will not align with the new. However, I
may be wrong.
I know that the Aussie penetrometer readings differ wildly
from our readings, so maybe they'll use a similar criteria.
I'll let you know when I find out more.
