Racebase turned on one of those days today, with 7 Margin top-pick winners out of the 11 races. I've studied lots of systems, mostly those supplied by Practical Punting Monthly, but have not yet located any system or tipping service which matches Racebase.  It's quite a few years now since I've had to top up my TAB account.  Racebase seems to have an uncanny knack of finding reasonably consistent overlays.   Peter is not paying me to say all this (worse luck), but it takes only a little judicious filtering to find a formula which wins most months.   My filtering deleted quite a few of today's winners, but fortunately left in Steinman and Ultramarine.  It was a real joy to see Ultramarine poking his snout in front and knowing he's got the momentum to win.   So thanks again Peter, for goodness' sake don't get a permanent disability, drink in moderation, chuck out your smokes, give up fatty foods, and do plenty of exercise.   ian   Yahoo!
