#### No. I don't go into those aspects of analysing form. My study starts
and finishes with the horse (is it a better class of animal than the
opposition, can it handle the distance, is it weighted to win, are there
reasons to suppose it will improve on its latest run and so on and so on).
If I get satisfactory answers to all those then I've found something worthy
of a bet. To my mind, the jockey just steers it around and I trust that he
does a competent job. I'd prefer that jockey to be Tinsley, Innes, Coleman,
Hofmann or someone of their capabilities . . . but if it's not there's
nothing I can do about it.

If you reckon you've spotted a way of knowing BEFOREHAND whether a horse
will be well ridden or not, then good on you. But that line of study is not
for me.
