Hi Geof,

A crude method is to multiply the win divis of the three suspects, i.e.

GLOAMING $3
MAINBRACE $4
THE UNICORN $5

Trifecta = $60

I haven't tried this for a long while but found it reasonably accurate 
at the time. I'm sure there are better scientific methods out there 
than this simple one. However, it's quick and easy with calculations 
able to be carried out in the head.

The problem is that divis change all the time and sorting out trifecta 
selections based on win divis  close to post time could prove difficult.
