Untested, and only used from script/console to manually move data http://github.com/saturnflyer/radiant-wordpress_migrator-extension/tree/master
(setup your wordpress database in your environments and
database.yml) It assumes that you have the tags extension installed http://github.com/jomz/radiant-tags-extension/tree/master

I'm sorry I can't help you with #2 there. There is a wordpress link
saver extension on http://ext.radiantcms.org/extensions but I don't
know if there's a wordpress migration somewhere.
