OK! I guess there are a few things to check:
* What version of Ruby?
* Can you see the images themselves in the public/images/admin?
* If I remember correctly, you're using Radiant 0.7.1?
Also, if you go to a URL such as
http://yoursite/images/admin/new-homepage.png - do you see the image
itself?
What is the URL being generated for the image?
Any extensions yet?
