You can simple reset the admin password within the rails console:

mi...@otherland:~/your/radiant/project/root$ ./script/console
Loading development environment (Rails 2.2.2)
>> u = User.find_by_login('admin')
=> #<User id: 1, name: "Administrator", email: "", login: "admin", password: "8abcb2456e2aae84e7849b97d05bf162eac2de28", created_at: "2008-11-21 12:31:40", updated_at: "2009-04-02 19:28:27", created_by_id: nil, updated_by_id: nil, admin: true, developer: true, notes: "", lock_version: 10, salt: "43d9dcaed85bbe6c3aed66bfe7c3c01bbce0ea3c", session_token: nil, site_id: 1, bio: nil, bio_filter_id: nil, needs_help: false, blog_location: nil>
>> u.password = 'newpassword'
=> "newpassword"
>> u.password_confirmation = 'newpassword'
