(RADIATOR) Reply Messages

Hi everyone,
                        There is option to let the user know why their
login has been rejected. In my installation of radiator 13.1, the user
only see this reply message if they are using a post dialup terminal
window. How can I get this reply message to pop up without using a post
terminal window
