Ascend implement Reply-message in PPP.
I tested the feature and it works for access-accept and access-reject.
Ascend forward Radius message to PPP client.
ppp Linux clients for exemple log this information in ppp logs.
We also make some router manufacturers change their code to show this message
on WWW server that run on the router.
