I've done the INSTSRV and SRVANY as per the docs but its not starting.
Taskmanager can see the SRVANY but not PERL or anything else.
the ports aren't active and the logfile is not touched.
running c:\radiator-2.13.1\radiusd -config_file
c:\radiator-2.13.1\radius.cfg
works fine in its own CMD box..
ANy clues?
