Hi John.

Looks like you have Radiator 2.13.1 plus some patches? It looks like you have a
Realm.pm that does not define reinitialize.
You will also need to get and install the patched Realm.pm from
http://www.open.com.au/radiator/downloads/patches-2.13.1/Realm.pm
