As Tom Minchin pointed out, you want to upgrade to 2.13.1 (2.14 is due out in
about 2 days)

The config file is backwards compatible for version 2.13.1, so we dont expect
problems, but Tom is right to suggest that you confirm the upgrade works as you
expect before sending it live.
