If one of the machines is multihomed (i.e. it has more than one
IP address) then you need to be absolutely certain the request has
the correct source IP address in the UDP packet (_not_ in the 
actual radius request itself). You can confirm what password
Radiator is seeing by turning on the password logging, something
like this in the relevant handler should do the trick:

        PasswordLogFileName ./passlog.%d%m%Y.txt

If you see random garbage characters, then you have either the
wrong secret or the wrong IP address/es in the <Client... line.
