(RADIATOR) Radius Timeouts on Portmaster 3

Hi All,

I am getting 'duplicate request' errors on Radiator and I think it is
because one of our portmasters is at the other end of a busy link.  Does
anyone know how to increase the timeout value on one of these boxes?  I have
RTFM'd the Portmaster manual and there is no mention of it.
