Hi Robert,

assuming that you can authenticate correctly from the USR, these errors are
probably becaise your USR does not properly implement the Radius standard for
authenticators in accounting packets.

You can fix this by adding
IgnoreAcctSignature

to the Client clauses for the USR box(es) you have.
