Simultaneous-Use is an internal Radiator check item and does not appear in the
dictionary. It should be specified for those users who don't match the
DefaultSimultaneousUse set in the realm (or handler).
Note that there has been a great deal of discussion on this list about the
correct way to handle multi-channel ppp, and we are still undecided about the
correct way to deal with it.
