I've already read the 2.14.1 manual from cover to cover. The only coverage 
of CDB is at:

        http://www.open.com.au/radiator/ref.html#pgfId=380096

that I could find. I have already retrieved the CDB package from

        ftp://koobera.math.uic.edu/www/cdb.html

In fact, we already use it for a large, production qmail system. 
"AuthCDB.pm" is present in my Radiator distribution, but as I mentioned 
below, Radiator appears to be looking for a Perl module "CDB_File.pm". This 
file is not part of the CDB package. Presumably, it should be included with 
Radiator, but I can't find it anywhere. Please reread my original post.
