(RADIATOR) Duplicate request id

We have a USR TotalControl Chassis that still produces these messages:

Tue Feb  8 15:05:07 2000: INFO: Duplicate request id 236 received from
11.22.33.44: ignored

even though IgnoreAcctSignature is in the <Client xxx> section. Does this
mean we are still loosing accounting data?
